My philosophy

I am a horsewoman, teacher, and lifelong student of the horse. My work is rooted in the belief that horses feel safest and most at ease when both their bodies and nervous systems are in balance, and that this begins long before riding. Through ground work and in-hand work, I will draw on the classical principle of training to help your horse move in balance and I will show how to move, breathe, and think together, so that your time together becomes a dance.

I work with horses of all ages and backgrounds, from young horses to those carrying physical or emotional history. Every horse–human partnership is different, so my teaching adapts to what is in front of me rather than following a rigid method. I draw from a wide range of modalities, always listening to the horse’s feedback and offering choices rather than force.
At the heart of my approach is relationship. I am interested not in quick results, but in true connection, where the horse feels heard, the human becomes more aware and balanced, and both can grow together with trust and clarity.

Vision
When I approach a horse, my first question is always: what can I do to help you feel calmer, more balanced, and more at ease in your body?
I meet each horse as an individual.
Every lesson is tailored to the horse–human partnership, with the aim that by the end of each session both horse and rider leave with a genuine sense of achievement.
