Teaching has always been at the heart of my journey. From homeschooling my own children for ten years, to teaching Science in high school and at university, and now guiding students with their horses, the principles of good teaching have never changed. It starts with understanding what the student already knows and building from there.
I love witnessing the moment when the penny drops — the quiet smile when someone realises they can do something they never thought possible. Just as deeply, I cherish seeing horses relax, soften, and begin to move in true harmony with their human.
